Academic Qualifications

• Master of Legal Studies from the Institute of Public Adminis- tration in Riyadh.
• Bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Sharia from Imam Muhammad bin Saud University in Riyadh, with a grade of (excellent).

Expertise & Practical Skills

• A judge in the administrative courts (Board of Grievances) for more than 14 years, and previously held the rank of court president.
• Headed several judicial departments.
• Participated in various judicial departments (administrative, commercial, criminal and disciplinary)
• Dealt and decided on many major cases, which were later published in the Judicial Principles of the Board of Grievances.
• Participated in the classification of judicial rulings, which were later published on the website of the Board of Grievances.
• Represented the Board of Grievances in the Bearue of Experts of the Council of Ministers.
• Represented the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on behalf of the Board of Grievances in many foreign legal conferences.
• Holds many training courses in the judicial, administrative and other fields.
